In order to support our fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for our customers, the TVS STD products listed will now be built on 6-inch wafers in addition to 5-inch wafers. The 6-inch wafers will be processed using new 6-inch capable furnaces and equipment, with optimized 6-inch wafer process steps.Effective date: Aug 1st, 2023
TVS STD Axial Leaded packages additional Epoxy Molding Compound approval.Effective 18 April 2023, Littelfuse will be adding a new epoxy molding compound (EMC) for our Axial Leaded packages commercial TVS products. This urgent addition is necessary due to circumstances beyond Littelfuse, as the current supplier recently obsoleted the EMC used by the Affected Series. There will be no change to the datasheet specifications for the Affected Series. There will be no change to the form, fit, function, or reliability of the products.
