Detailed Description of Change Littelfuse IXYS Integrated Circuits Division (ICD) would like to inform you of the recent implementation of a previously approved second source LED in the manufacture of the products whose part numbers are listed.To facilitate the manufacturing change of these products requires a slight increase to the maximum Input Voltage Drop (VF) manufacturing test limit to conform to the 1.5V upper limit stated in the data sheet. Because the modified production test threshold continues to ensure compliance with the guaranteed parameters specified in the most recent revisions of the datasheets, the change does not introduce any form, fit or functional changes to the devices. The forward voltage (VF) test limit adjustment is necessary to ensure the security of supply due to high demand for these products. This change is effective immediately.
Unfortunately, Littelfuse must hereby inform you that Littelfuse is facing a supply chain issue for some of our Littelfuse products. Due to the mentioned supply chain issue, there will be a delay of delivery for these Littelfuse products. Littelfuse is currently evaluating any possible solutions with the utmost commitment and is expected to release the next update for the affected products in the second week of January 2023.
