Capable of driving high Vgs MOSFET such as SiC MOSFETs, this Driver is capable of high switching capacities at high switching speeds.

ERA-XV, ERA-XK Series Thin Film Chip Resistors

High Stability and Reliability Type

Panasonic's ERA-xV and ERA-xK Series Thin Film Chip Resistors feature a soft terminal and passivated layer, providing design engineers with numerous resistors to choose from specifically developed to handle extremely hazardous and challenging application environments.

Highly accurate, the ERA-xV and ERA-xK Series resistors provide low resistance tolerance and low temperature coefficient of resistance which is achieved using Panasonic’s Thin-Film process.

ERA-xV and ERA-xK Series resistors are also anti-sulfurated and provide high resistance to sulfurization using an anti-sulfurated electrode material.
