The MCP23017T-E/ML is a Part of MCP23017 Series 5.5 V 1.7 MHz Surface mount 16-Bit I2C I/O Expander available in QFN-28 Package.

This device family provides 16-bit, general purpose parallel I/O expansion for I2C bus or SPI applications.
