The ZHT431F02TA is a three terminal Adjustable Precision Zener shunt Regulator with an output voltage set to any chosen voltage between 2.5 and 20 V by selection of two external divider resistors.
It offers an excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability up to 100 mA.
