The SMCJ33A-E3/57T is a part of SMCJ series surface mount TRANSZORB® transient voltage suppressors diode having an operating temperature range of - 55 to + 150 °C. These series diodes are used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs.
