No problem. Creating an account takes just a few simple steps. Just provide your email address and password, then you're ready to go!

There are 3 ways to add or load your parts list to our BOM tool:

Select a BOM file to upload, or download a template. Log in to get started.

  1. Browse for your file. Accepted file types are xls, xlsx, txt, csv.
  2. Select the Upload button.
  3. Use your mouse to Select the first row of data from your file
  4. Map each column in your file to the mandatory Future Electronics fields (Manufacturer Part Number, Manufacturer Name and Quantity
    • Map any additional fields in your file to the Optional Fields (Internal Part Number, Internal Line Number, Comments, Part Description, RoHS Requested, Lead Free Requested, Quantity « 2 », and Quantity « 3 »).
  5. Once your mapping is complete select the Next button
  6. The system will process your BOM and display the number of Resolved and Unresolved lines. You can click the View BOM button to review, edit, resolve, export and purchase items.

  1. Type in your Part Number, Quantity, Manufacturer and Customer Part Number (optional). Once your list is complete select the Submit button
  2. The system will process your BOM and display the number of Resolved and Unresolved lines.
  3. You can click the View BOM button to review, edit, resolve, export and purchase items.

  1. Copy and paste a list of Part Numbers, Quantities and Manufacturers. Select the delimiter separating your values.
  2. Select the submit button
  3. You will be prompted to map your data
  4. Use your mouse to Select the first row of data from your file
  5. Map each column in your file to the mandatory Future Electronics fields (Manufacturer Part Number, Manufacturer Name and Quantity
  6. Once your mapping is complete select the View Summary button
  7. The system will process your BOM and display the number of Resolved and Unresolved lines. You can click the View BOM button to review, edit, resolve, export and purchase items.
