Panasonic — SN-GCJA5 Evaluation Board
Introducing the Panasonic SN-GCJA5 Evaluation Board, a newly-launched joint creation by Future Electronics experts in collaboration with Panasonic. The kit provides fast prototyping and testing for Panasonic’s SN-GCJA5 particulate matter (PM) sensor, improving air quality in many end applications.
The SN-GCJA5 Evaluation Board includes the following components to minimize common indoor air pollutants, such as airborne particles, indoor formaldehyde, household odors & gases, carbon dioxide and outdoor air.
- Panasonic’s new Bluetooth® PAN1780 5.0 Low Energy Radio-frequency Module on the Nordic nRF52840 Single-Chip Controller.
- Panasonic’s Grid-EYE® Infrared Array Sensor (AMG88 Series), an 8 x 8 (64) pixel Infrared Array /Sensor that offers digital output (I2C) for thermal presence, direction and temperature values in a compact SMD design using MEMS thermopile technology.
- Panasonic’s Laser Type Particulate Matter (PM) Sensor featuring an on-board microprocessor, micro-fan and laser diode. This PM sensor has been programmed for the fan to operate when it is needed. Along with its robust construction, the overall product lifespan is extended.
