High Power Density Products for Space-Critical Application 30W DC-DC Converter

MINMAX's MJWI30 series is the latest generation of isolation DC-DC power converters specially designed for industrial applications. It has achieved a big breakthrough in size. With a power density of up to 75W per cubic inch (W/in³), it provides a full 30W in a small 1"×1" package which occupies only 1.0 square inches of PCB space. Upon its launch, it is immediately welcomed by industrial, transportation and renewable energy equipment makers who hope to mitigate the critically limited space constrain. MJWI30 series has been widely used in human-machine interface recorders, semiconductor process equipment, motion controllers, intelligent inspection robots, unmanned vehicles, charging piles, and other industrial-grade applications.

MJWI30 has an advanced circuit topology, which can provide up to 90% efficiency and instantaneous load capacity. Regardless of changes in internal and external conditions, it can maintain high stability of overall efficiency, power loss and heat generation. MJWI30 provides 9-36V & 18-75V input voltage range, and 14 models of 3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, ±12V, ±15V for customers to flexibly choose from. All models have passed CB Certification, EMI Conduction Class A Certification, and UL/cUL/IEC/EN 62368-1 safety certifications.

The operating temperature range of MJWI30 is from -40°C to 80°C. If customers need better heat dissipation performance, we also provide an optional heat sink. Other functions include under voltage protection, over voltage protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, remote on/off, output voltage trim, low no load power consumption and no minimum load requirement, all of which can provide customers with more flexible design requirements.
