The 24LC1025-I/SN is a Part of 24LC1025 Series with 2.5 V to 5.5 V 1Mbit (128K X 8) I2C Serial EEPROM(Electrically Erasable PROM) available in Surface mount SOT_23-5 Package. The 1Mbit is organised into 128K X 8 bit memory.

It has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition.
