The MC74VHCT574ADTRG is an advanced high speed CMOS octal flip-flop with 3-state output, fabricated with a silicon gate CMOS technology, available in a TSSOP-20 package.
 
It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.
