Microchip High-Voltage Auxiliary E-Fuse Reference Design

Improve equipment uptime and adopt SiC with ease, speed and confidence

This Microchip technology demonstrator leverages the benefits of their 700V and 1200V Silicon Carbide mSiC™ products to provide a complete solution. The design also implements a Time-Current Characteristic (TCC) curve that helps you migrate to non-automotive applications such as DC solid-state circuit breakers.

Design Benefits

  • High-voltage solid-state relay with over-current protection
  • Optimal performance and efficiency
  • A proven solution that avoids sourcing individual parts
  • Risk reduction through reliability and accelerated development

Features

  • Configurable current limit profile
