Infineon offers the advanced Automotive PSoC™ 4 S-Series of Microcontrollers (MCUs), which features the Automotive PSoC™ 4100S Max family, presenting substantial enhancements such as a remarkable 384KB flash capacity and support for up to 84 analog and digital GPIO pins.

This MCU family also debuts the latest generation of the CAPSENSE™ IP, known as MSC CAPSENSE™, delivering exceptional performance and noise immunity.

With the Automotive PSoC™ 4100S Max family, users can leverage these enhanced features to implement even more intricate applications in their automotive designs. The MSC CAPSENSE™ IP ensures improved sensing accuracy and swifter response times, making it an ideal choice for applications necessitating reliable and precise touch sensing.

The automotive PSoC™ 4100S Max family by Infineon has expanded the Automotive PSoC™ 4 portfolio by offering high-speed communications through Fast I2C or CAN-FD, along with a dedicated cryptography block for rapid cryptographic functions.
