The SY58600UMG TR is an ultra precision, high-speed, differential receiver with internal termination, available in surface mount MLF-8 package.

This device is capable of handling clocks up to 7 GHz and data streams up to 10.7 Gbps. it  operates from a 2.5 V ±5% supply or a 3.3 V ±10% supply and is guaranteed over the full industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
