Features & Applications
The ISL80102IRAJZ is a low voltage, high-current, single output LDO specified for 2 A output current.
This LDO operate from input voltages of 2.2 V to 6 V and are capable of providing output voltages of 0.8 V to 5 V on the adjustable VOUT versions. Fixed output voltage options are available in 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V.
