SRDA3.3-4: Railclamp Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array
RailClamps are surge rated diode arrays designed to protect high speed data interfaces. The SR series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning.
SRDA3.3-4.TBT
The srda3.3-4 is designed for transient protection for high data speed lines. It is constructed using an array of surge rated diodes with an internal TVS diode. It is capable of Protecting 4 I/O lines and power supply lines. It also features low capacitance (<15 pF) for high-speed interfaces and low operating (3.3) and clamping voltages.
