The ISL43L210IHZ-T is a low ON-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, single pole/double throw (SPDT) analog switch. It is available in 6 pin SC-70 package.

This device is designed to operate from a single +1.1 V to +4.5 V supply. The targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low on-resistance and fast switching speeds (tON = 7 ns, tOFF = 3 ns). The digital logic input is 1.8 V CMOS compatible when using a single +3 V supply.
