Littelfuse

Littelfuse HE3300, HE3600 & HE700 Series Reed Relays

Featuring extended capabilities support AC and DC switching voltages

Littelfuse supplies three series of magnetic reed relays in compact, hermetically sealed single or dual inline packages: The HE3300, HE3600 & HE700 Series.

A reed relay combines a reed switch and a coil in a single package, producing a smaller, more power-efficient alternative to electro-mechanical types of relays. The reed relays draw no leakage current in the Off state, making them ideal for battery-powered devices.

Offering minimum insulation across open contacts and between isolated terminals of 10,000MΩ, the HE3300, HE3600 and HE700 series reed relays are available in versions with a coil voltage of 5V, 12V or 24V DC.

The HE3300 series are miniature reed relays in a single inline package with a choice of normally open, normally open high-voltage, or changeover contacts capable of switching up to 300V DC at 10W, and 140V AC at 10VA. Coil resistance values are 125Ω, 500Ω or 2,000Ω. The operating-temperature range is -20°C to 85°C for the high-voltage version, and -40°C to 85°C for the normally open and changeover contact versions.

The HE3600 series reed relays in a single inline package offer a choice of normally open or data switching contacts capable of switching up to 200V DC at 10W, and 140V AC at 10VA.

They feature a different range of coil resistance values from the HE3300: 500Ω, 1,000Ω or 2,150Ω.

The HE700 series relays are supplied in a dual inline package, with a choice of normally open, normally open high-voltage, normally closed, or changeover contacts capable of switching up to 300V DC at 10W, and 140V AC at 10VA. They feature a range of coil resistance values: 200Ω, 500Ω, 1,000Ω, 2,000Ω or 2,150Ω.
