Vishay — TMCM Series of Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors

The TMCM series of solid tantalum surface-mount chip capacitors from Vishay is well suited to circuit designs which require small case sizes and high-temperature capability.

Suitable for high-density board layouts, the compact packages of the TMCM capacitors save PCB space. Available in capacitance options ranging from 0.47μF to 470μF, the TMCM capacitors operate over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with voltage de-rating at temperatures higher than 85°C.

The TMCM capacitors are supplied in four package versions in standard EIA sizes: 3216-18, 3528-21, 6032-28, and 7343-30.
