Vishay — SiP32431, SiP32432 Load Switch with Reverse Blocking
Vishay

Vishay SiP32431/SiP32432 Low-Power Load Switches

Offering ultra-low quiescent and leakage currents

The SiP32431 and SiP32432 from Vishay are slew rate-controlled high-side load switches which feature ultra-low leakage and quiescent current. Each switch is composed of a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET which can handle continuous current up to 1.4A.

The SiP32431 and SiP32432 operate on a supply voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V.

The SiP32431 and SiP32432 may be controlled by logic-level inputs, which means that the load switches can be interfaced directly to microprocessors or microcontrollers. The SiP32431 is enabled by a logic High control signal, while the SiP32432 responds to a logic Low signal.

Both devices have a very low operating current of 10pA when operating from a 3.3V supply, making them suitable for use in battery-powered applications.

The SiP32431 and SiP32432 are available in two package options: 6-pin SC-70, and a 4-pin TDFN package which has a footprint of 1.2mm x 1.6mm.
