Vishay has enhanced the MC AT precision series of automotive-grade thin-film chip resistors, extending the resistance values to cover the range from 47Ω to 10MΩ in the 1206 standard case size.
The MCA 1206 AT is the only thin-film chip resistor to combine resistance values higher than 5MΩ with a low Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR), and tight resistance tolerance of ±0.1%.
Resistant to moisture and atmospheric sulfur, and capable of handling multiple temperature cycles, the MCA 1206 AT maintains stable performance in harsh environmental conditions. The AEC-Q200 qualified device is ideal for use as the high-resistance portion of a voltage divider in applications such as battery-management systems.
The operating-temperature range of the resistor is -55°C to 155°C.
