Attractive metal switches now available with colored indicator lights

SCHURTER has extended the MSM II family of Metal Line switches, adding ring, area and point LED illumination to provide a visual indication of switching status.

SCHURTER has added matching indicator elements to the MSM II family of push-button Metal Line switches made of the same high-quality stainless steel.

As with the redesigned MSM II switch family, the new indicator elements are available in a wide range of illumination variants: point, ring or area illumination. This variety not only provides an attractive appearance, but also offers innovative ways of representing information about switching status visually.

A wide range of illumination colors covers almost the entire spectrum, from classic white to bright, vivid colors. The housing material is stainless steel, and the actuator is in stainless steel or ceramic material.

Like the existing MSM II family, the new Metal Line indicator elements are also designed for operation at a wide range of voltages: 5 V, 12 V, 24 V or a variable voltage.

These metal switches offer high resistance to damage caused by impacts, consistent with the requirements of an IK08 rating. All MSM II switches are available with the option of two mounting depths.
