Kingbright — HELI-UM LEDs

The Kingbright HELI-UltraMiniature LEDs housed in a package with an 0201 footprint are the industry’s smallest surface-mount LEDs. Based on AlGalnP and InGaN chips, the HELI-UltraMiniature series produces a bright output in a wide choice of colors.

Compatible with automatic placement equipment, the HELI-UltraMiniature LEDs can be assembled on a PCB as easily as passive components with a standard 0201 footprint. Small size and high brightness make these LEDs ideal for use in portable devices and other applications in which space is limited.

HELI-UltraMiniature series LEDs can handle a maximum continuous drive current of 20mA, and a peak pulse drive current of 100mA.
