The 24LC65T/SM is a Part of 24LC65 Series with 2.5 to 6 V 64 Kb I2C 2 wire Serial EEPROM available in Surface mount SOIC-8 Package. The 64 kbit is organised into 8K X 8 bit memory.

This device has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications, and provides the systems designer with flexibility through the use of many new user-programmable features.
