The SY100ELT23LZG TR is a part of SY100ELT23L series Dual differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL translators with +3.3 V power supply.Its Operating Temperature Range -40°C to 85°C and its available in SOIC-8 package.
The low skew, dual gate design of the ELT23L makes it ideal for applications which require the translation of a clock and a data signal.
