The NC7SV157P6X is a TinyLogic Ultra Low Power Single 2-Input Non-Inverting Multiplexer. ULP-A is ideal for applications that require extreme high speed, high drive, and low power.

The NC7SV157 is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve high speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation.

  • 0.9 V to 3.6 V VCC supply operation
  • 3.6 V overvoltage tolerant I/O’s at VCC from 0.9 V to 3.6 V
  • Extremely High Speed tPD
    • 1.5 ns typ for 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC
    • 1.8 ns typ for 2.3 V to 2.7 V VCC
    • 2.0 ns typ for 1.65 V to 1.95 V VCC
    • 3.2 ns typ for 1.4 V to 1.6 V VCC
    • 5.9 ns typ for 1.1 V to 1.3 V VCC
    • 12.0 ns typ for 0.9 V VCC
