Compagno is a multi-sensor evaluation board designed to work with the STMicroelectronics STWIN (STEVAL-STWINKT1) SensorTile wireless industrial node development kit. 

The STMicroelectronics kit and Compagno board combination simplifies design, prototyping and testing for industrial IoT applications such as condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.

One specific sensor on the Compagno board is Panasonic’s 8 x 8 Grid-EYE® Infrared Array sensor. It detects thermal presence for people counting, direction (up, down, left, right and diagonal), temperature values and even stationary objects.
